Normalmente, los quesos holandeses est\u00e1n disponibles en diferentes variantes de maduraci\u00f3n. El queso m\u00e1s joven es blando, suave y cremoso. Cuanto m\u00e1s tiempo se deje madurar el queso, mayor ser\u00e1 su grado de intensidad. En el queso viejo o \u00abqueso desmigado\u00bb se forman cristales de sal que dan una sensaci\u00f3n de sabor \u00fanica y especiada.<\/p>\n
